Would Your Health and Safety Program Pass a Recognized Audit?
The requirements for the contents of a Health and Safety Program - one that complies with the Occupational Health and Safety Act & Regulations - can be very stringent.

In addition, your program should have the elements required to ensure a defence of Due Diligence should you be subjected to prosecution.

We have developed an audit process - with an accompanying document - that will ensure your Health and Safety Program meets the criteria as established by your Provincial Legislation.

We conduct a thorough analysis of your program; we examine all pertinent documentation; we interview your employees.

Upon passing the audit successfully, we issue a “ Certificate of Recognition” (COR)attesting that your Health and Safety Program complies with the criteria established the Workers Compensation Board of Nova Scotia and your Provincial Health & Safety Act.

DOES YOUR PROGRAM COMPLY WITH YOUR WORKERS COMPENSATION BOARD CRITERIA?
