About Us

Security Services
Why Us?
As independent and objective consultants, we can provide you with all of the services of a dedicated, proprietary security manager at a fraction of the cost. We have found that most small and mid-sized (and some large) organizations place the security responsibility under another department such as Facilities Management, Human Resources, Engineering, Operations, etc. We will provide expertise and support to those departments on an as-needed or retainer basis. We are insured.

Who Do We Support?
We have experience in planning and supporting security for manufacturers, government operations, and a wide variety of companies such as distribution centers, warehouses, high-rise properties, parking lots, high-tech. industry, nursing homes, retail, malls, environmental and waste operations, construction sites, office buildings, terminals and corporate headquarters. Each faces unique risks, threats and losses; and each must have a security program that properly, reasonably and efficiently protects its people, information, reputation, credibility and all other assets.

What Can We Do For You?
Our services may include site surveys, threat and risk assessments, policy development, design and implementation of Workplace Violence prevention and response processes, training and awareness programs and seminars, business continuity programs, security program development and management, and emergency planning. We also have experience in planning for and responding to organized activist attention such as demonstrations and meeting disruptions.

  • Is your security program as effective and efficient as it can and should be?

  • Are you and your people reasonably protected against security risks and other compromises?

  • Do you really know what your security-related risks, threats and liabilities are, and how to prevent or mitigate them?

  • Do you have a program and process for practical and effective prevention of and response to Workplace Violence?

  • Are you reasonably protected against today’s escalating security-related liabilities?

  • Do the security services that you now use provide consistently high-quality service at the best price?

Threat & Risk Assessment
Are you doing enough to protect your organization’s critical business activities?
A Threat & Risk Assessment will determine the strengths, weaknesses and threats to your organization’s security posture and will make recommendations for improvement.

Threat & Risk Assessment Components
Statement of Sensitivity: The Statement of Sensitivity (SoS) identifies your organization’s vital assets and your need for protective security measures.

Vulnerability Analysis: The Vulnerability Analysis will assess your infrastructure’s current exposure, determine whether existing safe guards are sufficient, and propose appropriate corrective action.

Threat Analysis: The Threat Analysis consists of an examination of any potential risk of tampering, theft, destruction or interruption of any service or item of value.
Threats are then classified and rated based on likelihood, potential consequences and impacts, then assigned an exposure rating.

Risk Analysis: The Risk Analysis is “an evaluation of the chance of vulnerabilities being exploited, based on the effectiveness of existing or proposed security safeguards.” Recommendations are provided to mitigate the risk.
